Bad Weather Arrangement

Please stay tuned to any special arrangements on bad weather which will be announced through this website, Instagram and Facebook.

Before the event

If at 7:00a.m. on the event day Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning or above is hoisted, the event will be cancelled. If the event is cancelled due to the above mentioned signals, there will be no rescheduling of the event.

During the event

If Signal No.8 or Black Rainstorm Warning or above is hoisted during the event, participants are advised to stay at a safe place until the weather and traffic conditions have improved.

Please be reminded to check the weather forecast prior to coming to the event.

Although it says workshops are registered by school only, may I register for the workshop as an individual?

No, you can't. Our workshops are currently coordinated on a school basis rather than individually. If you are interested in attending a workshop, please contact your school teacher about the registration process.
