Notes: Ballots will be drawn after the deadline. 

First Round Offer
Successful schools will be notified by email no later than Mon, 15 December 2025. Successful school / organization must confirm the offer before 23:59, Fri, 19 December 2025, or the offer will be released to other schools/organizations in the second round.  
 

Second Round Offer
Successful school / organization will be notified by email by Mon, 5 January 2026. Successful school / organization must confirm the offer before the 23:59, Fri, 9 January 2026.
