Registration (Individual Visitors)

STEAM Day is now open to individual visits on Sat, 24 January 2026. Registration is still required for individual visitors.

Due to the limited availability of workshops and lab visits,  for individual visitors participating in this event, you are welcome to join the following activities:
- Interactive STEAM Game Booths / Project Demonstrations
- DIY Corners
- Robot Demonstration & Display from University Student Teams
- STEAM Competition Experience

Registration (by School Teachers only)

Registration should be coordinated on a school basis. Only school teachers are authorized to register for their students using the link below.

Extended Registration Deadline: 23:59, Fri, 9 January 2026
Notes: Ballots will be drawn after the deadline. 

First Round Offer
Successful schools will be notified by email no later than Mon, 15 December 2025. Successful school / organization must confirm the offer before 23:59, Fri, 19 December 2025, or the offer will be released to other schools/organizations in the second round.  
 

Second Round Offer
Successful schools / organizations will be notified by email by Mon, 5 January 2026. Successful school / organization must confirm the offer before the 23:59, Fri, 9 January 2026, or the offer will be released to other schools/organizations in the third round.  
 

Extension of Registration - Third Round Offer

Thanks to the overwhelming support from schools for STEAM Day, we are excited to announce that registration will re-open for a third round of offers. This late round aims to accommodate additional schools eager to join this inspiring event.

Important notes:

• Schools already on the waitlist will maintain their priority and do not need to re-apply.  
• Please note that the third round offer will be released only AFTER the second round offer is completed.
